As a member of  the Lexington Village Community, the HOA has agreed to help you with the maintenance of each individual's deck.  Although this maintenance is an individual homeowner's responsibility, the homeowner will be reimbursed up to $150.00 for the purchase of the approved stain/water sealant.  To maintain uniformity in the community, the approved color or stain is Natural or Cedar.  Also, a small electric pressure washer is available upon request.  This process works remarkably well and will keep all of our decks uniform. Please give 3 days notice if you need the pressure washer and retain receipts to be reimbursed for the approved stain.
